  1. Decoration cleaning charges 1000 Rs extra (you have to take care of decoration).
  2. Distance and time to and from our Garage will be calculated.
  3. In case you need additional Hours or need to travel additional Kms, you can pay your chauffeur directly.
  4. Multiple Pick up & Multiple Drops are not possible.
  5. Outstation charges will be different.

Vintage Cars Terms and Conditions

  1. We will send our driver to your destination as all of the cars are available with a driver. And we do not offer or allow driving the car yourself.
  2. Only bride and groom allowed in this Vintage vehicle.
  3. If any breakdown or any damage occurs, we can't provide the same vehicle, you have to understand. During travel, the number of passengers should be the same as the number of individuals you told us while booking a car.
  4. Additionally, you are requested to treat our staff and your other passenger companions with care and respect.
  5. Any smoking or beverage usage is prohibited in the vehicle at any cost.
  6. Assure proper space for the vehicle to move. Please avoid bookings for narrow streets and passages.
  7. Crackers and color are not allowed in front of the vehicle, keep distance from the vehicle. During travel, all the rents on the tolls and parking areas will be paid by you. Additionally, if there is any damage to the car, then the repair fees will also be paid by you.
  8. If you are using the vehicle after 10 PM, ₹1000 driver charge extra. If you use before 6 AM, ₹1000 driver charge extra.

  1. Booking Policy & Closing Settlements

    Raise a booking request from our website www.smtravelhub.com or call us on ‪+91 62622 62922‬ to book a cab with us. However, all the bookings will be confirmed only upon token advance paid through online/cash/bank transfer's.

    • a) Cash : Walking to our office and pay cash
    • b) Online: Pay through our partner payment gateway "SMS Pay", added with 3% of Transaction Fee on the payable amount
    • c) Bank Transfer: Do IMPS/NEFT to our bank account too
    • d) Closing: All the settlements should happen immediately once the trip is completed and No Credit is allowed
  2. Cancellation and Returns Policy

    Please find below the cancellation policy:

    • a) 72 hours prior - 100% refund will be given after deducting bank charges
    • b) 48 hours prior - 60% refund will be given after deducting bank charges
    • c) 24 hours prior - 20% refund will be given after deducting bank charges
    • d) within 24 hours - No Refund will be issued
    • e) No show on travel date/time - No Refund will be issued
  3. We Follow Calendar Day
    For Outstation, we charge 300 Kms minimum rental PER DAY and ONE CALENDAR DAY is COUNTED AS 1 DAY [i.e.,12:00 am to 11:59 pm]. Using cab after 12.00 AM, additional day(s) will have additional charges. i.e.. 300 km charge.
  4. Driver Batta's

    If you have hired a cab for 12:00 am to 11:59 pm - 3 driver batta's will be charged as per below

    • a) Day Driver Batta - Mandatory charge from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM
    • b) Early Morning Batta - Between 12:00 am to 06:00 am additonal charge, Only if the driver drives the cab.
    • c) Late Night Batta - between 10:00 pm to 12:00 am, only if the driver drives the cab.

    Note: Please dont get confused with 3 Batta's, as we dont charge for Night Stay's. The Night Driver Batta comes in, only if the driver drives the cab and not for night staying. Incase if you hired the cab for 2 nights & 3 days, only 3 day driver batta's are charged.

  5. Cab Breakdown
    In case of vehicle breakdown and any such unfortunate incident happens, however, this is based on the cab and driver availabilty for replacement, we will able to provide a cab replacement too. However, this is based on case to case basis and depending on then situations however, this is based on the cab and driver availabilty for replacement
  6. Customer Do's and Don'ts in Our Cabs
    • a) Smoking or Drinking are not allowed in our Cabs
    • b) Playing Loud Music is not allowed in our Cabs (Depending on places)
    • c) Rash driving and Rushing is not allowed in our Cabs. Customer's are requested "Not to force our driver's to drive beyond limited speed as max speed limit of our cabs are 90-100km's per hour only.
    • d) No Self-Driving allowed, as ours are Yellow Plate vehicles and strictly Driver Driven Cabs only
    • e) Our Cabs not permitted to enter Forest/Defence/Trekking etc areas those are strictly prohibited by Govt or Pvt bodies
    • f) AC will be turned OFF while driving on Ghat sections and where ever if needed as suggested by our driver's
    • g) Cabs hired with Outstation tariff and purpose are not allowed to use with in Bangalore city travelling or sightseeing purpose
    • h) Carrying illegal weapons or drugs or any such things against the Govt rules are strictly not allowed in our cabs. Without our notice if anything such happened, it is entirely customer responsibilty and SM Travels crew dont bare any responsibilty
    • i) In case of any restrictions by local people or police or Govt or Private bodies - in Parking or moving the Cabs to customer desired places or locations, it is advised to agree with our drivers decision and customer's are requested to co-operate
  7. Driver Food & Stay
    • Although we dont ask our Customer's to pay for our Drivers Food & Stay, but atleast ensure they are given enough time to take care of themselves. Drivers should get access to basic amenities to get fresh etc, when you stay at Hotels/Resorts/Home Stays or atleast give them time to find out themselves. Driver spending time for his food, filling fuel for the cab etc are part of the trip and not considered seperately.
    • Note: From our past experience's, we seriously feel bad that customers raise concern on driver stopping for food etc. Please be informed they by earning 300/- batta per day for 6am to 10pm duty they cant afford to have food where you can eat, so they will find some viable places and may stop for 20-30 mins for Brekfast/Lunch/Dinner break's.
  8. If you want to spend money for food, accomodation etc to our drivers, the same need to be informed to our office and only on our approval customer's are allowed to do so. We dont refund/adjust any such expenses after the rental period without informing us in prior
  9. Dont spoil the interiors by leaving food waste etc. Any such things found will be penalized cleaning charges.
  10. Customer's are requested to keep their Kids in control by not spoiling the interiors/exteriors of the cab. Any such things found, the damage charges need to be borne by the Customer him/herself.
